Great Stay with Excellent Service!
My recent trip was made even better by staying at this hotel. The overall environment is clean and tidy—from the lobby to the room, everything was well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away.
A big shoutout to Server Song! He provided top-notch service throughout my stay—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests. His professionalism really stood out and added so much to the pleasant experience.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with great service. Worth every penny!

The Iconique Hotel is quite new, so everything looks and feels great! It's just a few steps away from most popular part of the beach, with restaurants, pubs, and boutiques all around. A gym, an Infinity Pool, a child's play room, a breakfast buffet all make this a great place to stay. The rooms are modern with strong wifi and very comfortable bedding. The staff were very professional and helpful. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was an amazing stay at Iconique hotel! The room was clean and new. The staffs were definitely super supportive and friendly. The location is accessible and close to the beachfront. I truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality of Iconique hosts!

Advantages:
- new beautiful rooms with fresh renovations
- great service - the reception and breakfast staff were real professionals. Thank you very much!
- there is a nice large smart TV in the room
- close to the beach
- the opportunity to live on a high floor
- sea view from the window
- good breakfast
- super pool and gym (clean, modern)
- birthday wishes at breakfast (thank you very much! It was very nice)
Disappointed :
- there are no hooks or drying racks in the rooms. (Considering that many people come to Nha Trang for a beach vacation, it is necessary to hang at least a swimsuit and a wet towel to dry. It was difficult without this.)
- there were occasional problems with cleaning.
- the bathroom in the room has no barriers. All the water drains onto the floor. It is impossible to bathe - it was a real quest every time

I had a fantastic experience at The Iconic Hotel! The property is new, tastefully designed, modern, and impeccably clean, with the beach just a short walk away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. The facilities were top-notch, and my room was spacious, stylish, and well-appointed with excellent amenities. I’d definitely recommend staying here. The only improvements I’d suggest is to open the area of the sauna as it was always closed and also to keeping the pool open later than 6 PM.

Удобное расположение, вторая линия, но до моря близко.
Завтраки хорошие, персонал приветливый, уборка не плохая.
Руководству советую поставить в ресторане кофемашину, не все любят пить вьетнамский кофе.
Детская комната имеется, но игрушек в ней пока нет.

Летали в конце августа, отель был как две недели только открыт. Выбирали его так как он новый и находится на нашей любимой улице, где рядом есть всё начиная от смузи, заканчивая круглосуточными маркетами, плюс очень близко к морю. Номер просто супер, чистый, светлый, останавливались в номере без балкона и был хороший вид на море (видно даже остров винперл) и вид на город. Еда восторг, мы застали и шведский стол и сет меню. Есть все удобства и в душевой, потому что я не знала нужно ли брать с собой шампуни, кондиционеры и прочее, тут всё есть👌🏽 вай фай ловит по всей территории отеля, пляжные полотенца можно брать не один раз в день, брали даже вечером чтобы на пляже посидеть. Персонал супер дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. В общем мы переживали что отель новый и могут быть сложности, но остались в диком восторге и вернемся сюда еще не раз. В общем всем советую 🫶🏽
